Facebook (build 132866) downloading forever

I got this build notification update from Facebook today - Facebook (build 132866).

It was downloading forever and I couldn’t remove it. After trying out almost everything (clear memory, restart phone, uninstall facebook, etc.) the process persisted. I found out here that the solution is to connect to WiFi! (wtf!)
